TOMÁS TARRUELLA is a creative entrepreneur working within the world of restaurants. For over 20 years he has been creating a diverse range of spaces, each with a unique concept. The starting point, inspiration, and cultural influences vary for each project, yet they always share the same essence: spaces with character, quality interior design and gastronomy, with an avant-garde ambience, and fairly priced.
Both for EN COMPAÑÍA DE LOBOS (of which he is founder) and for the brand GRUPO TRAGALUZ (of which he is co-founder) each of Tomás’s unique restaurants is born out of his particular vision and understanding of gastronomy, as well as his personal interests and life experiences, his travels and his curiosity for other cultures.
Since its beginning in 2013, EN COMPAÑÍA DE LOBOS has been a personal project for Tomás and is the result of his adventurous spirit blended with his extensive experience in the creation of restaurant concepts.
EN COMPAÑÍA DE LOBOS currently has 10 restaurants located in Barcelona, Madrid, and Mallorca: Gallito (2013, Barcelona), Ana la Santa (2013, Madrid), Bosco de Lobos (2014, Madrid), Palmito (2015, Barcelona), The Green Spot (2016, Barcelona), Gats (2016, Barcelona), Isla Tortuga (2017, Barcelona), Spot (2017, Mallorca) Llop (2017, Barcelona), and Blue Spot (2018, Barcelona).
