The Green Spot’s Food Lab proudly anounces our new winter menu!
This week we are starting with a new Menu. Like always we worked in our Food-Lab over a long period of time on new ideas and plates, to introduce different taste-sensations and keep taking our clients on a travel around the world.
We orient ourselves on the new season we are starting now, something very important for THE GREEN SPOT, as we continuously want to provide you with the best the different periods of year have to offer. As our main star of all plates are vegetables, it’ s essential.
So, for one, autumn and winter brings us great col. We’ ll use kale for a yummy viatnamese inspired winter roll or brussels sprouts and sauerkraut in a mind blowing Risotto.
We’ ll use amazing mushrooms, in all forms and variations. Together with greens and chestnuts in a very seasonal calzone or in a beautiful red coloured fresh whole wheat pasta.
Warm soups and creams. Fresh, healthy and tasteful vegan plates, inspired by herbs, recipes and cooking methods from all over the world. Desserts you can’ t resist. Like warm kaki and pear out of the oven, marinated in ginger and cinnamon.
